After his successfully managing the trust and providing the good support in village he decided the open new ITI in year 2010, He took initiatives about this Training Institute Awadhesh Singh private ITI , along with trust member and his son Mr. Ranjeet Kumar and Jitendra Kumar.
The Sai Kripa Trust was established through an Motihari Civil court in 2008 . The purpose of the Trust is to distribute funds generated through the protection and trademark of the rural area to provide the education and foods.
The board of Trustees Committee of t8 person all are working together to serve the poor people those who belongs to village and earning income is very less. Eight local resident trustee positions complete the board.
